Day of the Shell: Prologue is a free strategy game for PC coming from developer Duper Games. It's a tactical roguelike adventure that is set in a fantasy world that has been submerged in water. Players will travel to multiple islands on their journey to appease the gods and seek redemption for the world.
Flooded world
In Day of the Shell: Prologue, almighty wrath has been brought down upon humanity, shattering the world and washing almost everything away in a flood. You are one of the last remaining survivors, a lone monster huntress, who will go on a perilous mission to appease the gods and save what's left in the aftermath. This version lets you explore a large world map with 13 unique locations.
Engage in strategic turn-based combat using two weapon types against five distinct enemies. You can boost or augment your powers using blessings and relics, which you can combine for different results. You can also collect runes to upgrade passive abilities. As mentioned, this is just a preview, and the full version is not yet available as of this writing.
